National Sales Manager

OBJECTIVE

To achieve annual sales and collection targets of the General Trade by territory and per product basis as set by management through effective management of field sales force. Expand market coverage of company’s through the addition of new business partners and customers nationwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall management and supervision of sales personnel for the general trade business segment;

Sales and Marketing Manager

OBJECTIVE

Principal responsible for sales, collection, profitability and promotions of the entire General Trade Business Segment

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities

Chief Accountant

OBJECTIVE

Provide financial advice and support to the management of JOCANIMA Corporation and its affiliate companies to enable them to make a sound business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall supervision and management of the entire department
  • Day to day fund management and monitoring of payable and collectible accounts
  • Review and examine records and reports prepared by Accounting Supervisors, Finance Supervisors and Accounting Staff
  • Coordinates with Credit and Collection Manager and Sales Managers for timely collection of receivables
  • Prepare and analyze sales, collection, inventory, receivables and other financial reports required by the management;

Technical Adviser (Mindanao)

OBJECTIVE

Provide solid field technical support coverage of the sales areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling product launchings and specialized seminars
  • Technical testing and provide strong training of area staff
  • Supervision in planning, implementation and monitoring of on-farm trials in the sales areas
  • Reviewing area sales and marketing plans for strategic fit and technical soundness
  • Reviewing area market potentials and crops outlets for accuracy
  • Technical monitoring and troubleshooting in the sales areas; and
  • Liaison with local industry and regulatory offices in the sales areas.

Qualification:

  • BS Agriculture, Major in Agronomy, Horticulture, Soil science, Entomology, Plant Pathology, Agricultural Chemistry, other related sciences

Credit and Collection Manager

OBJECTIVE

Responsible to the overall management of the Credit and Collection operations/activities of the company, which includes developing and improving its operational goal.

Responsibilities:

  • Plans and directs the collection activities of the entire unit as to effectiveness, efficiency and consistency on the application of existing policies and procedures;
  • Monitor and control the effective implementation of Credit & Collection Policies Programs and Procedures and recommends changes/enhancements for better implementation;
  • Conducts preliminary screening of incoming credit applications, recommend approval or rejection of credit applications and assign credit limit for each approved applicant;
  • Prepares credit investigation reports to fully support marketing goals/targets;
  • Manages and directs the timely and regular collection of trade accounts receivable and ensures that targeted receivable profiles on collection, disconnection and reconnection are met and deviations if any are monitored and promptly corrected;
  • Oversees the processing of receivable data and ensures accuracy in posting of details to the account ledgers;

Advertising and Promotions Associate

OBJECTIVE

Enhance the company’s image and visibility to its customers, its employees and to the public in general through the use of meaningful advertising, publicity and internal communications programs. Orchestrate activities geared towards creating a brand identity for the products of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage advertising and public relations activities of the company; ensure company standards on logo, print, color, etc. are adhered to;
  • Propose design for packaging materials (labels, boxes) of existing products and new products under development, in coordination with Regulatory Affairs and Product Development, and Sales and Marketing teams;

OBJECTIVE

 Responsibilities:

Commercial Technical Representative

OBJECTIVE

Expand market share of company products in his given General Trade territory through the rendering of professional customer service and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities:

Territory Planning and Management

  • Planning daily sales activities and customer visits geared toward achieving sales and collection targets
  • Planning and managing business portfolio/territory according to an agreed and sales marketing strategy
  • Monitoring market and competitor activities and providing relevant reports and information used for planning and strategizing; and
  • Coordinate with LGU, GO and NGO for market information (land use) information and possible market segmentation.

Account Management

Accounting Assistant (Davao)

OBJECTIVE

Record, summarize and prepare report of all business transactions assigned to the job.

Responsibilities:

  • Filing of accounting copies of checks, vouchers, journals, receipts, supplies invoices, and other related documents;
  • Preparation of check vouchers for all disbursements covering Visayas & Mindanao areas and request for working fund of Davao Office subject to review of Accounting Supervisor & approval of SVP Plantation;
  • Booking/recording of all check disbursement transactions covering Visayas and Mindanao;
  • Monitoring of fund balances and scheduling of check releases;

Crop Production Specialist

OBJECTIVE

Enhance the market acceptance of company products in his assigned territory through the consistent rendering of demand creation activities aimed at the primary target market.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan daily farmers’ visits and activities that would lead to product and initial trial usage
  • Coordinate weekly with the Commercial Technical Representative on priority activities to ensure growth of business and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a good working relationship with dealers, farmers, big land owners, government agency, non-government organizations and local government units in the assigned area of responsibility
  • Ensure that the application of company property is being implemented through the product stewardship programs
  • Coordinate with key accounts like BLO’s, farmer cooperatives, and dealers with regards to their technical and promotional requirements in their respective area of coverage
  • Follow company policies, rules and regulations with regards to safety, work culture and use of company issued vehicles and equipment
  • Monitor and report new marketing and competitors activities in the assigned area to immediate supervisors

Sales and Admin Clerk

OBJECTIVE

Assist the Sales and Marketing unit in the development of a comprehensive sales and marketing information system to aid management in its decision making process.

Responsibilities:

  • Encoding and analysis of import statistics on a monthly and yearly basis

  • Controlling and monitoring of marketing budget against actual expenses by CTRs and CPSs; and

  • Preparing and updating directory of suppliers, price and inventory of all promo materials on a regular basis or as the needs arises

  • Assist the General Trade team for the collation and micrographic presentation of field data, market information, sales trend, etc.

  • Monitoring, counter-checking, recording and safe keeping field reports such as ER, ITR, AR, FM attendance sheet and vehicle log from CTRs and CPSs on the periodic basis; and

  • Handling sales order of the GT and encode it to SAP

  • Handle report updates and analysis on regular basis relating to sales, collection and forecast by product, by field man and by territory

    • Receiving budget request from CTRs and counterchecking the request against field report; and

    • Processing and follow budget request to Accounting Department

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in the preparation of marketing plan and in the control and monitoring of the actual expenses by the field sales force and farm technicians.

  • Assist in the conceptualization, design and development of various marketing collaterals, promotional materials and other marketing creative tools including product launching, trade shows, fairs, exhibits, special events and promo affairs in coordination with Ad & Promo Associate

  • Sourcing and choosing suppliers with the best possible service and least production costs in coordination with Ad & Promo Associate and Purchasing Assistant

  • Monitor and follow up promo & ad materials and other marketing collaterals with suppliers; and

  • Handle promo materials ordering, sorting, storage, distribution and dispatch to concerned assignees in coordination with other department personnel.

Qualification:

Warehouse Assistant (Davao)

OBJECTIVE

Ensure the safety and accuracy of the inventory of the various products and materials in his assigned area of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive all incoming stocks and verify actual quantity versus packing list and check for defects, breakages, mispacked items and other forms of discrepancies
  • Report to Management any discrepancy found immediately
  • Maintain and update bin cards or stock cards on a daily basis
  • Prepare an update Inventory Report on a weekly basis including expiry date
  • Issue Delivery Receipt for every approved Sales Order to be served
  • Ensure that goods are sorted correctly and packed properly before dispatched to customers;
  • Ensure that the FIFO method is being followed at all times
  • Maintain and monitor safety in handling of goods at the warehouse
  • Report immediately to Management stocks with low inventory
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the warehouse at all times
  • Ensure stocks are piled on separately according to category, brand name, pack size and product form;
  • Checking the VMR of all vehicles in Davao operations coordinating with driver mechanic and vehicle assignees.

Qualification:

  • Any 4-year course in college preferably Business related

Logistics and Purchasing Assistant

OBJECTIVE:

Provides technical and administrative assistance to Assistant Manager – OPERATIONS by assisting with purchasing documentation and customer service; and helps handle the company’s shipping and receiving processes.

Responsibilities

  • Canvass and purchase supplies and equipment as required by the different department;
  • Assist the Assistant Manager – OPERATIONS in coordinating with brokers and prepare documents for releasing of imports;
  • Assist the Assistant Manager – Operations in coordinating with forwarders for local transfers of goods to the different territories;
  • Assist the Assistant Manager – Operations in coordinating and facilitating the schedules of vehicle maintenance and repairs with the different car dealers;
